It seems TomTom doesn’t plan on turning the other proverbial cheek when it comes to Microsoft’s newly filed patent infringement claims. The patent suit, duly filed with the United States District Court and the International Trade Commission, alleges TomTom infringes on eight Microsoft patents related to in-car navigational technologies and Linux-based file management procedures.
